Almost a year ago I was approached with a project to create quirky bumper stickers and t-shirts to lift the ban on the Ice Cream Man in Scottsdale, Arizona. Before we could get into full production, the City Council approved "Leo's Law" allowing trucks back into the suburbs.
Background: As a 17-year-old, Leo Blavin contact the Mayor's office "after learning that his family's ice-cream truck business would be illegal in Scottsdale. Blavin and his father founded Leo's Ice Cream in 2012, serving the Arcadia neighborhood in east Phoenix." Read more here.
The designs were only conceptual, but it was a very fun prospect!
